Where is Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja located?
At Survey No. 149, 155 and 156 in Kollur, off ORR Exit 2, in R C Puram mandal of Sangareddy district, pin 502032. Some marketing describes it as Tellapur. The brochure and the registration numbers place it at Kollur, which is the address to use.
What is the RERA number?
Three registrations cover the project: P01100010650, P01100010651 and P01100010652. Large phased projects register in parts, so ask which number covers the tower and unit you are considering, then check it on rera.telangana.gov.in.
What does Tribhuja cost?
The base price is 7,499 rupees per sq. ft. The smallest home at 1,679 sq. ft. works out to about 1.26 crore rupees on base price alone, or roughly 1.39 crore once WEGI, one car park, the club charge, corpus, maintenance and legal are added, before GST and registration.

What is the ceiling height?
Floor to floor is 3.15 m, which is 10 ft 6 in. The brochure notes two floors per tower were removed from the plan to allow it, rather than that height being a regulatory outcome. Finished ceiling height will be lower than floor to floor.
