What the club costs
The club charge is 4,00,000 rupees per home, one time. Corpus is 100 rupees per sq. ft. and advance maintenance is 96 rupees per sq. ft. for 24 months, both due 15 days ahead of registration. On a 2,096 sq. ft. home that is about 4.11 lakh rupees of corpus and maintenance on top of the club charge.
A club of this size has a running cost. Ask what the monthly maintenance rate becomes after the first 24 months, because that is the number you will live with.

How big is the clubhouse?
One lakh square feet, which the brochure describes as the largest clubhouse in Kollur. The club charge on the price list is 4,00,000 rupees per home, one time, separate from the WEGI charge and from parking.
What is inside the club?
A banquet hall, theatre, party lounge, terrace pool, gym, yoga studio, dance room, creche, co-working space, guest rooms, salon and spa, games room, squash court, badminton court and a music room, per the brochure.
Who can use the sky bridge?
The brochure marks it as exclusive to towers A and B, the 4 BHK towers. If access matters to you, get it in writing, along with whether its upkeep is shared across all nine towers in the maintenance.
Is there anything outdoors?
Yes. The grounds carry the arena with outdoor courts, an amphitheatre and temple, an outdoor gym, a cycle track linked to the 23 km solar rooftop track nearby, and landscaped gardens across 76 percent open space.
