The Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja landscape plan shows nine towers set around the edges of the 9.16 acre parcel at Kollur, with Club Tribhuja and the open grounds held in the middle. That is what makes 76 percent open space possible on a site carrying 1,730 homes. Towers A and B, the 4 BHK towers, sit together so the sky bridge can link them.
The grounds carry the arena with its outdoor courts, an amphitheatre and temple, an outdoor gym, a cycle track and landscaped gardens. Parking sits below them across four basement levels, so the open space on the plan is not given over to cars.
